A hacker has taken over my friend's account and changed the name to Kailo. You can see the old names, like Ahmed7390, by checking at the top where the arrow points. The hacker is planning to sell the account tomorrow. We must act quickly to recover the account and prevent the hacker from profiting. The compromised account belongs to my friend at steamcommunity.com/id/kawardak. The hacker's account, which should be subject to a VAC ban, can be found at steamcommunity.com/id/shopkedition.

Hello, I believe my account was compromised around December 25th. I am unable to log in, and when attempting to reset my password, an unfamiliar email is provided. My Steam Account is Kalinarsenov, linked to [redacted] for the past 5 years without any changes. I request an investigation into the email change, any transactions, or trades made since my last known purchase on December 21st of a Dota 2 Chest. Kindly restore my account to that date and provide a password reset.

Hello, I recently regained access to my Steam account after it was hijacked. Upon opening Counter-Strike, I discovered that my account had been VAC banned. It appears the hijacker cheated, leading to this unjust ban. I lost around $[redacted] worth of items during the 5 days my account was compromised. I feel frustrated as I have invested a significant amount in the game, only to have it banned due to actions beyond my control. Is there any way you can assist in recovering my lost items and resolving this issue?

I recently discovered unauthorized charges on my Capital One card, apparently due to Steam double-charging me. Thankfully, Capital One's fraud department confirmed this and refunded me. I have documented my Steam purchases from March 13 to 25, alongside other suspicious charges that were also refunded by Capital One. A $25 chargeback on my card ending in [redacted] was related to this issue, prompting me to get a new card on March 19, after which two $10 transactions were mistakenly processed by Steam. Despite providing evidence to both Steam and Capital One, resolving the issue has proven difficult. In order to restore my account by May 31 and avoid losing valuable items, I need to repay the $25 chargeback. However, as the old card is canceled, I am unable to do so. I have tried reaching out to Steam for assistance through tickets, replies, and calls but have not received a response. I am willing to repay the amount but am struggling due to the lack of a viable payment method. Any help would be greatly appreciated as gaming is essential to my livelihood.

I haven't accessed my account in a few years, and I can't recall the email or password associated with it. I remember the usernames I used, starting with "flyzir" and then changing it to "Chronos." On that account, I purchased DayZ standalone during early access, as well as Rust, where I accumulated around [redacted] hours of playtime and invested a significant amount of time and money. I don't have the receipts from EB Games where I purchased all my Steam Wallet funds. Location: North Bay, Ontario.

When I launch the game, a small window with the title pops up briefly and then closes. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps such as reinstalling the game, deleting the appcache folder, logging out, performing a hard reboot, and more, but none have resolved the issue. I am exhausted from trying solutions that haven't worked. I suspect it may relate to activation with the key and Uplay, as my friend accessed the game without any issues. I would greatly appreciate assistance as I am eager to start playing the game without dealing with automated responses. Thank you.

I bought a $50 Stream card from Walmart for a website called iCloud Unlock Buddy. Unfortunately, after entering two more $20 cards, I realized it was a scam. The website claimed they would respond within 12 hours, but I received an email stating my codes were invalid and charged me $1.99 each for trying. I have lost $90 in total and need assistance. If this is not resolved, I will seek legal action.

I recently visited the website cs.money and have never encountered any issues with trading until now. I traded my m4a1-s skin, received verification, but the skin never appeared in my inventory after accepting the trade. I checked the bot account and found my skin there, but the next day the bot had changed its name. It seemed strange for an offline bot to change names, leading me to believe the person behind this is using a fake bot account with the Steam name iChili - S> M9 CW FN 0.[redacted]. I am hoping for assistance in retrieving my skin and can provide any necessary photos for proof upon request.

Hello, I believe there has been a mistake with my account being banned. On the night of April 23, I was engaged in trading items on a trade site, only to discover the next day that my account had been locked due to a violation of the Terms of Service. I am certain that I did not breach any rules as all my trades were legitimate. I have never received any warnings before, and this suspension has deeply affected me as I have invested a large portion of my funds into my Steam account. This situation has left me feeling distressed, and I kindly request a thorough review of my case. I am willing to provide any information regarding the trades I have conducted. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly. Regards, V.

Hello, my account was accessed from Moscow, Russia, while I am in the Netherlands. The email linked to my account was changed, and the password reset process hasn't been successful as the linked email is now unknown to me. Despite locking the account myself and obtaining the Steam lock code L3J87T4, I can't regain access. Steam support has not been helpful. My account name is luukygamesnl, and my profile is | Gone | E-sports Aerios. I fear losing my games and inventory. Please assist me as I'm quite concerned about this situation. If more details are needed, please contact me at [redacted] Thank you! -Luuk, 14 years old.

I have been experiencing difficulties logging into my long-standing Steam account after over six months of inactivity. I attempted to access it tonight but encountered login issues. Although my account is still visible on the website when I search my username, the login assistant does not recognize my email. The email associated with the account is "[redacted]" and my previous usernames could have been "indithefangirl," "kurosawaruby," or "indiwillke." I have made several purchases on this account including Terraria, Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc, and Life is Strange, among others. Unfortunately, I lack proof of these transactions. I am eager to regain access to my account and play my games again promptly.

Hello, my name is William. My account (ID: polar_bear123450) was hacked on May 8, [redacted], at 8 pm SEA time. I received an email from Steam informing me that my phone number, Steam Guard, email, and Steam Mobile Authenticator had been removed. While playing CS:GO, I was unexpectedly logged out and couldn't log back in with my usual password ([redacted]williamloh). I attempted to reset my password, but the recovery phone number and email provided were unfamiliar to me. Despite reaching out to Steam support through a ticket, I have yet to receive a response. I have invested a substantial amount of money into this account and am eager to regain access. Prior to the hack, I interacted with a user named "Agssy or Asggy" who wanted to trade with me. Following this, I noticed an influx of unknown users adding me on CS:GO. I kindly ask Steam to investigate and restore my account. Thank you for your assistance, and have a great day.

I purchased the season pass and Revelations DLC pack for Black Ops 3. After playing for about 30 minutes, I decided I wanted a refund. I unintentionally left the game running while out with friends, only to later request a refund once I got home. I discovered in an email that I had played around 6 hours, which I believed included total game time, not just the DLC. I then realized the policy states it refers to hours played specifically on the DLC title. I would like a refund as I don't enjoy the DLC and have already uninstalled it. I would appreciate compensation as I consider this to be a waste of money. Thank you.

My son's Steam account was compromised due to a phishing incident. He was directed by a member of a Rocket League giveaway group to click on a link to a fake website claiming he had won a prize. The site resembled the official Steam page, and after entering his credentials, he was logged out by an unauthorized user. Upon regaining access, he discovered his contacts were blocked, and messages were sent from his account, urging them to input their details on the fraudulent site. Upon checking his Rocket League account, he found his valuable items, each priced at around $[redacted], had been stolen. He suspects the identity of the hacker and has details about the group involved in the giveaway. If needed, we can provide you with links to both the account and the group implicated in the incident.

I am seeking a refund for a game I cannot play due to poor performance. I have played less than two hours with no prior access to a game demo. How could I know it would not run properly? I am insistent on a refund, irrespective of whether the game remains in my library. Direct communication with a representative is preferred over automated responses. I am eager to resolve this matter promptly. Even if the refund is issued to my Steam wallet, I am willing to part with the unplayable game. Without utility, I simply wish to have the game removed. Providing game demos could prevent such issues when implementing the current refund policy. Many platforms offer longer refund periods compared to the limited two weeks provided here. Please process my refund expediently.

I accidentally purchased "Borderlands 2" instead of "Don't Starve" and mistakenly sent "Rime" to a friend. I urgently require a refund today as I have essential expenses to cover. I have not played or downloaded Borderlands, and my friend has not received or played "Rime." I intended to purchase "Don't Starve" for myself. I am unable to use "Rime" and "Borderlands" on my or my friend's computer. I kindly request a refund for the unwanted purchases and a receipt for both "Rime" and "Borderlands." Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have been charged multiple times for purchases on my son's Steam account between February and May, resulting in an unauthorized withdrawal of $[redacted] from my bank account. I raised a dispute with the bank regarding this issue. However, as a result of your actions, my son's Steam account has been disabled. This prevents him from accessing games that we have purchased legitimately, including additional content he has paid for. I am incredibly disappointed with the poor customer service provided. My son now faces the repercussions of your company's inadequate security measures, which have restricted his access to the games he rightfully owns.

If I had known they didn't have what they said they would, I wouldn't have made the purchase in the first place. Let me outline the issues with Bless at launch: - Waiting in queue for over an hour - Low FPS on a high-end system - Getting stuck at the title screen repeatedly - Quests malfunctioning - Subpar translations - Persistent lag - Frequent disconnections - Heavily censored compared to other versions - Previous failed launches - Needing to leave and return for NPCs to appear - Lack of end game content, with updates months away. I purchased this game to play with my husband and was disappointed that end game content was not included. Please see the note below from Executive Producer S.K. S.K.'s note: Bless Online's Early Access was meant to grow over time, with content added in the future. We understand if players wish for refunds and apologize for any misunderstandings. We hope you will return when the expected features are ready. Best,

I have submitted three refund requests for Bless Online, all of which were denied. I am concerned that the responses are automated as my explanations were detailed. I hope to speak with a person who can listen to my concerns. Below is a copy of my latest refund request: My request was rejected citing the 2-hour rule, which I believe doesn't apply. I paid extra for pre-release access but couldn't play due to freezing. I spent time in character creation before the game froze, which is not accounted for in the 2-hour limit. I want to highlight the issues I faced with this game: 1. My $[redacted] purchase lacked endgame content. 2. The game had numerous glitches, including frequent server shutdowns. 3. Translation errors made gameplay confusing. 4. Excessive censorship affected chat readability. 5. Updates made gameplay worse, affecting my class performance. I waited for improvements before requesting a refund, but I feel unfairly treated. I am eager to discuss this further and wish to show my sincerity by refunding to my Steam wallet. I urge a review of my refund history to understand my situation better. I now seek a resolution as I have lost faith in the game. Kindly delete my character from the server as a sign of my decision to move on from Bless Online.
