PLEASE READ THIS TICKET IN FULL. Firstly I've used Steam for a long time now and have never requested a refund on any purchase, apart from this one.**I have tried on * separate occasions to have this refunded but I am getting an automated response about being over the * hour playtime threshold, when I have seen other consumers receiving refunds for ** hours * playtime on their profiles.**I have ONLY * hours ** mins logged against this product but I'd say * of those hours are in fact actually trying to get the game to work, trying to login with queues, stuck on splash screens, crashes and server downtime, poor performance issues and probably. So in fact I've only had probably around ** mins, think I completed * quest in that time....**I have been unable to play the game properly even though my hardware surpasses the minimum requirements, with the poor performance, disconnects, crashes and I've had enough, this game is far from being a 'working product'**I have seen that you have been honoring refunds for people with ** hours * played against this title and as I cannot get this game to run properly nor do I wish to continue to use this product.**Please can you refund the total in full as this is a faulty product and thus as a consumer I cannot accept this.
