I am so disappointed in your refund process. My son bought * airplanes * days ago and said it wasn’t what he thought and it didn’t work well. He played for * minutes and then quit. He then played on steam for a few hours with his other airplanes. I am very disappointed as your policy for a refund says if you play under * hours you will refund his money. He will not be purchasing anything else from steam. This is unexceptable and false advertising as he did exactly what it says to receive a refund . This is devasting to a child that spent his birthday money on this. This is so upsetting.
