I’ve been patronizing theStarbucks in Branford, CT for years. I normally order a decaf mocha, decaf latte, or a decaf frozen drink. *Lately, I have frequently been told that the decaf espresso machine is either broken or is being cleaned. Typically, that means that those days or nights I have to leave and go somewhere else to buy coffee. Because my husband and I both enjoy going to Starbucks I’m hoping I can either get more information about why this is happening or what you can do to correct the problem.
