I'm very frustrated and disappointed with your company. I have been a gold star customer forever. I have stopped using my card in the last year because i have been fighting brain cancer. I'm not able to drink coffee right now. I've received emails that I'm losing my reward stars. I'm not happy about this and i can't control my cancer. Eventually i hope to be back to my old self. What can you for about this??? I tried live chat but it would not work. *I do have a daughter that i could transfer the stars to if possible. Thanks.
