My wife passed away a year and a half ago. I now use her old Iphone and the starbucks app, which still had money on the account. Recently, I was locked out and want to switch her account to my name. The balance on the app should be about $**, as that is what I added a few weeks ago in Yuma, Az store. Her name was Dawn Krouse and her email which I can't access was dawnkrouse@Hotmail.com. I would like to transfer her app into my name - Roger Krouse and my email is rogerkrouse@Hotmail.com. I do not know her ** digit SB card no. tied to the app. Please let me know what I need to do to transfer this over or close her app * account. Thanks.
