Once again we did not receive a paper today. I did see on my credit account that $**.** dollars was put there with no problem whatsoever. I don't understand that when I call to report no paper, I am always told one will be delivered. Today I was told one was on the way and there had been a production problem. Really? Why does customer service always LIE about that. I am totally disgusted and am wondering if you can do something about this. I do not want to pay for a paper I do not receive.
