Yesterday (April **, ****) was the second Monday in a row that I did not receive my paper. I just called *** ***-****, and after holding for almost ** minutes, Someone named John, who sounded like he was overseas, told me I would get a credit. There's obviously a problem with the carrier, and I'm tired of getting a credit. I want my paper! John said there's nothing he can do, and it's a local issue. I asked for a local number and was given *** ***-****. When I called, there's no way to reach a live person. You obviously don't care about your customers. I want to receive my paper on Mondays. Thank you.
