Keep my bills up to date. ... I mistakenly sent Squarespace $***.** (due to an email sent) thinking it was for the website I actually use and immediately afterward found out I had paid for something that I obviously don't use and didn't realize was still in existence. I cancelled the subscription minutes after paying the $***.**. For purposes of resolving the issue, I left the cancelled webpage, for now, so anyone who looks can see what happened but plan to totally delete it. Within minutes of cancelling the unwanted subscription, I applied for a refund. This was over a week ago and I have heard nothing.
It is totally impossible to get in touch with anyone at Squarespace!!! You go around and around and around.*Same forms, over and over again.
I want a refund for the $***.**. Since I am the one who made the mistake, willing to pay for a month but not a year.
Over a year. I pay my bills and plan to keep my website for many years ahead.
