Hello, I'm Kati Johnsen. I have a question regarding my friend Sheila's Squarespace account. She started a trial account under her name a year ago, but the site seems to be deleted. Squarespace mentioned that they might still have the site if it hasn't been over a year. I am interested in signing up for a business plan for my own account and potentially recovering the site named Chaska Hill. What steps do I need to take to retrieve the site and transfer it under my name as Kati Johnsen? Thank you for your assistance with this.

Dear Squarespace Support, I am Joy from Vocal Workout. I am still seeking assistance regarding our sites, ilanamartin.com and vocalworkeurope.com, which seem to have been lost in your system. Our Squarespace accounts, [redacted] and [redacted], are unable to locate or access these sites. It is crucial for our business that these pages are up and running. The personal website of the owner, Ilana Martin, is especially important to us as we need to be visible to our European students. We have been invisible for four weeks now. Although the issue with the frozen card ending in [redacted] has been resolved, our pages are still inaccessible. I need assistance canceling an email address from a website I no longer use. I have been trying to resolve this for over 20 months. Squarespace directed me to Google, and Google referred me back to Squarespace, creating confusion. Being unwell, I urgently need help canceling this and obtaining refunds for the recurring payments I unknowingly keep making despite numerous attempts to cancel. The email in question is '[redacted]' Unfortunately, Google search cannot locate this email. As a senior citizen on a limited budget, I kindly request a refund for the payments made in error. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated.

I switched hosting providers last year and had called SquareSpace to cancel my service. However, I was recently charged $[redacted] on my credit card. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company. My credit card information was used without my authorization to set up an account. The card number that was compromised is 4[redacted] 4[redacted] issued by HSBC in London, UK. The name associated with the account is Michelle Lee from Studio 13, not me. Spotify detected this fraudulent activity, identified the beneficiary, Michelle Lee, and kindly refunded the unauthorized charges. The matter has been reported to the appropriate authorities. I kindly ask you to investigate this issue, confirm the unauthorized charges, and refund the money to the account from which it was illegally taken. The latest unauthorized payment was made in July to Squarespace, Inc. under INT'L, transaction code [redacted]. There have been a total of 10 unauthorized payments. I have been trying to contact your team through the chat line to address a trademark issue with a website hosted on Squarespace. As the National Director of Organization Development at the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) in Toronto, we have taken legal action against the National Collaboration for Youth Mental Health (NCYMH) for unauthorized use of our logos and false partnerships. Despite sending a cease and desist letter, they continue these practices. They have now shifted their site to your services after GoDaddy terminated their hosting due to similar concerns. An account was opened in December under the username "michellelee-studio13" on Squarespace's services page. The credit/debit card information used was mine and was stolen. The account details listed include an HSBC account number ending in [redacted] in the name of Rodney Leonard Henson. My financial institution's Fraud Department has stopped the credit/debit card, so further charges are not possible. Spotify was another company used fraudulently, prompting an investigation where Michelle Lee White's name was identified. They refunded the fraudulent charges. Now, I am seeking a refund from Squarespace.inc as well. I request a refund for the money taken from my account, which I rarely use and only discovered due to these incidents. I have a website hosted by Squarespace, and I received an email asking me to contact a number. When I called the number, it was for a TextNow subscriber, which raised concerns due to previous harassment via text mail. I'm unsure if the email was related to my website security or just a spam call. I would appreciate it if someone from Squarespace could reach out to clarify this situation. Hello, I'm facing an issue with our preschool website that's linked to a church site. Our previous tech person, Ed Bush, set it up under MVCOC.squarespace.com before being let go. We're unable to make changes as the church is listed as the admin, but they're unaware of this. I'm Suzee Johnston, the school director, looking to improve our site at mighty-lambs.org. I have a new tech person ready to assist, but we can't proceed until the church is removed from the admin role. It seems our websites are intertwined, with them having visibility over us. Since then, I have been unable to use Squarespace and my US Gmail account due to restrictions in China. I was surprised to see a charge of $[redacted] on 30/09 for renewing my website, as I was not aware that this would happen without any reminders reaching me in China. Given that this is my first year of working and I do not have a high income, $[redacted] is a significant amount for me. I noticed a charge of $[redacted] on my account on 7/24 from Squarespace. I cannot find any record of this transaction, nor is the merchant listed clearly. On my billing statement, I see two references: DBT CRD [redacted] 07/04/19 and [redacted]5, with the description HTTPSSQUARESP NY c#[redacted]. This lack of merchant information makes it difficult for me to verify the transaction's legitimacy. Could you assist me in resolving this issue? Additionally, I suggest considering a policy change to ensure merchants are clearly identified in transactions to streamline this process for both customers and your team. I signed up with Square Space under my bank account name, Beth Abernathy. However, I communicate with clients using a different name, Damaris Chrystal, which causes confusion. Clients are hesitant to open emails that display Beth Abernathy instead of the name they know me by. The email visible on my Square Space website contact page is [redacted] I would like to ensure that my contact emails only show the name Damaris Chrystal to avoid the confusion.

I need to cancel my Squarespace account. I have been double-charged each month. I paid $24 at the end of September, and now I see another charge for the same service. I am having trouble logging in to Squarespace to access our two websites. I cannot locate the login option and had difficulty finding it after navigating through multiple pages. Additionally, I need assistance in rerouting a domain we own. Currently, www.lorigano.com directs visitors to www.outofashesministries.com, and I want to remove this link. Instead, I plan to create a landing page with clickable links to both Heritage Homes and Designs as well as Out of Ashes Ministries. Any guidance on how to unlink the domain would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

We have just finished building our Squarespace site, but despite making it public, only the under construction page is visible. I'm 77 years old and not very skilled with computers. We had a designer create a Squarespace website to replace our current GoDaddy site, Manhattanphysicalmedicine.com. I've reached out to our computer guy, Ger, who helped with GoDaddy but can no longer assist us. Ger, I previously sent you an invitation three weeks ago to be an admin/contributor for the new MPMR site. Please check your inbox or SPAM folder for an email from Squarespace. Alternatively, you can use this link to access the invite. Let me know once you're in. Regarding the DNS records, as I didn't design the original site, I am unaware of that information. I thought you had it. Squarespace provides a comprehensive knowledge base to help determine which records need to be forwarded, with both video tutorials and written instructions available. Despite not being a developer, I managed to transfer the site for a client. If I can do it, you certainly can too. Our GoDaddy site has a backup. Please assist us in completing this transition. The owner of the Squarespace site should be Loren Fishman. The designer accepted the invite I forwarded as we are unfamiliar with this process. Can we please discuss this further? I find it very frustrating that there is no phone number available to contact you. I am the president of the board of directors for Leaven Dance Co. We currently use SquareSpace for our website design, and have our domain name with Network Solutions. We also have web-forwarding through them. We need to transfer our old site to a new server. I would like to know if we can transfer our domain to your service and the cost for a 5-year period. Additionally, do you offer web forwarding services, and how much does it cost? Both services need to be renewed next year at different times. I am unsure if you provide a package deal for these services or if web forwarding is included in your offerings based on the information on your website.

We took over the website from the previous owner, Matt Galyen, but his name still appears as the owner on Squarespace even though he no longer has access to anything. Our company president, Jon Benson, should be listed as the rightful owner. This discrepancy is causing issues as I, Katie Tomek from marketing, need admin and editing access to the site but am unable to edit due to this ownership problem. The company involved is Benson Medical Instruments.
