I'm attempting to share a blog post from autismwisdom.com titled "Autism Can Be Positive." When I copy the URL and paste it on Facebook, all my previous blogs work except those from the last three days. Instead of the blog content appearing, only the logo and a link to "Autism Wisdom" show up. This problem is recent, and I'm unable to share on several Facebook pages as I usually do.

I recently launched my catering company website, and I am experiencing an issue with the menu layout. The menu items appear separated and distorted because of an unnecessary image option. This unintentional spacing is compromising the interactive design I intended to create. Additionally, I would like to incorporate a quantity selection feature for customers to adjust the amount of each dish when placing online orders. I am having trouble with my account on [redacted] The domain I created is agscanning.com and I believe it was set up around May 2 or slightly before that date. I am facing a few issues: 1) my website is live on the internet but is not showing up in my account dashboard, which is odd. 2) I had an email problem two weeks ago when I changed my main g-suite email from [redacted] to [redacted] but then couldn’t change it back. 3) Currently, my g-suite email is not functioning properly; I am able to log in but can neither receive nor send emails. I reached out for support about the email problem two weeks ago but haven’t received a response, and now I have a bigger problem with not being able to edit my website as it isn’t showing up in my account. I previously had a website with Squarespace, but stopped using it when another person created a new website for me. Despite trying to cancel the subscription and disable auto-renew, I have been unable to do so. The instructions provided on the site to manage billing and account settings are not accurate, as the options they mention such as Home, Settings, and Billing and Account do not exist on the platform. This has led to automatic renewals and charges on my credit card without my consent, with no viable way to resolve the issue.

Since October 5th, I have been receiving numerous threats demanding money from individuals who claim to possess compromising images from my computer. It appears they have obtained a password I have previously utilized that might be linked to my Square Space account. I am looking to reset the password associated with this account, which I believe I last changed in late [redacted]. I did not create my website myself; a web designer handled it, along with setting it up using my GoDaddy account, credit card, and driver's license information. Unfortunately, the designer deceived me by redirecting my site from her own GoDaddy page. Consequently, I have not accessed the site since then and have been making payments solely for a page listing. In addition to addressing the hacking concerns, I also need guidance on how to operate and maintain the website going forward.

I recently received an email stating there was a credit card billing failure for my Squarespace service, which I never signed up for:
Subject: Urgent - Credit Card Payment Issue
It seems there was an issue processing my payment for the Squarespace service linked to my account. The failed transaction was for the Unlimited Monthly plan. To update my billing details and ensure uninterrupted service, I am prompted to click on a provided link.
This message serves as my final notice regarding the outstanding invoice. If no action is taken within 3 days, my account is at risk of suspension until payment is made. The email mentions the possibility of data removal from suspended accounts to free up server storage space. Any inquiries regarding this notice should be directed to the provided contact information.

I am attempting to transfer my domain from Squarespace to GoDaddy. Despite researching extensively and viewing tutorials, I am unable to access the 'Home Menu' as instructed. The guidelines mention using an 'expansion' arrow to open the Home menu, but I cannot locate this arrow on the page.
I have been a Squarespace user since [redacted], utilizing the Squarespace 5 Platform. A developer handled my website creation, including the domain purchase. Despite reaching out to Support multiple times, I have not received any assistance. I feel unable to transfer the domain and cancel my Squarespace service independently. I received an email from Squarespace on 2/26 alerting me that my payment couldn't be processed. However, when I tried to visit their website or contact support, I was met with a warning about a potential fraudulent site trying to obtain my personal information. In February, I also received suspicious billing emails requesting my details, but I was unable to reach any valid support channels. I recently changed my password on 2/15 with the help of a professional who initially set up my account in [redacted]. According to her, my Squarespace account is current. I am unsure about the legitimacy of the emails I receive from Squarespace, and find the situation perplexing.

I plan to keep the Wix site but would like to have a domain from Squarespace to maintain consistency for my business cards until my designer develops my Squarespace website. It seems that the automated responses from "GetHuman" are not addressing my concerns appropriately. I keep receiving emails asking if my issue has been resolved, but my problem is not solely technical.
I want to report a potential scam to Squarespace. I received two suspicious emails requesting me to update my account information to maintain access to my website, even though my renewal is not until August. These emails lack specific information about Squarespace, only displaying the logo without mentioning the company name. I would like to know where I can forward these emails for review.
Unfortunately, the responses I have received so far do not seem to be from real individuals at Squarespace. It is disheartening to feel like my concerns are not being properly addressed.

I received a $[redacted].00 credit from "Wild Turtle" on April 16th to be applied to my Visa card. They have not given me a reference number for the transaction. I need to confirm the credit as Wild Turtle previously charged my Visa $1,[redacted].00, which I did not pay with my Visa. I need clarification to ensure they are honest about the transaction.
