claim a warranty ... squaretrade told me to get it fixed by a local repair shop, it is unable to be repaired. no option to tell them that.**edit: I had to call them TWICE to get another option, which was to send it to their facility. Why was this not an option in the first place? (will update if that goes well)** First call i was told to go to other repair shops to try to get it fixed, which all were phone repair kiosks in malls (this is a graphics tablet monitor thats over a foot long). I contacted recommend shops and all that got back to me said no. Second phone call they still tried to tell me "this is the only resolution" and only when asking for a supervisor did i get a better option, which is still not what i wanted.
Sent me to places that do not fix graphic tablet monitors. Reps you call have no power to help you.
I rather them just send me a new tablet then having to send in a tablet i already proved broken and having to wait another week to get back to my work as a freelance artist.
I already brought the tablet to be fixed and had a receipt saying it cant be, contacted more shops who said they cant. I sent it in before trying to resolve it and they still wont grant me my warranty.
ive done email and phonecall, they only are willing to attempt to fix things over the phone, where they argue with you.
