The communication was never clear about the way that their service works. There was no clear indicator of the wait time to verify a bank account (*-* days). I found this out after my first customer paid his invoice. After calling Square I was told about the *-* days to "wait for a test deposit and withdraw". Was informed that once this happens the account would be verified. Well, the deposited and withdrew with no problem. My bank said that they see the deposit and withdrawal and that there is no reason it shouldn't be verified. Call back today to learn that this is just the first step of verification. The first lady I spoke to said that she, "sees the deposit and withdrawal", the manager states that human employees cant see that information. I need Square to verify the deposit and stop playing with our money. We have to buy and pay for expo sets once customers pay.
GetHuman-rkkenned did not yet indicate what Square should do to make this right.
