I was blocked out of my account and cannot get into use it. This was on September *th. I was doing a show in Boise. I am a crafter and usually use my square on the weekends. I tried to contact you but because i couldnt sign in I couldnt get an email from you. Nothing would go through. So I signed up with a different account company so I could accept credit cards. We were doing a * week trip that just put us home yesterday Sept. **th. during our trip a woman called and left a message on my husbands phone and said that the card that I had charged for ****.** was stolen and it was fraud. I tried to call her back and get *more info but was unable to actually talk to her. I DID NOT charge any card on that day. We were traveling to Boise Idaho. I do no make that large of charges with my customers. I was puzzled how can some one charge on my square account when they dont have my password . did some one steel my account and password? Is that why I am locked out? When we got home yesterday I looked in my bank account and square had made * deposits on Septembrer *th. One for ****.** and one for ****.**. Then on Sept *th they debited them. What is going on and what should I do next. I would like to contimue to use square but I dont know what you want me to do. Could you let me know phone number or text ***-***-**** or email *****@***.com
