On Jan ** **** I updated my website with a Picaflur-Azul whom I have used in the past with no issues but for much less money. On this occassion she responded via email stating that she has reiceived the funds and that it will take her * -* weeks to complete my updated website. I should have had my website completed and updated by end of Feb ****. Well she fell of the face of the planet it seemed. we started calling her and emailing her and then using Facebook and Twitter as well as her own website chat. * On occassion she would respond with an "HI!! Sorry*) but how many of them should I accept. Then I started demanding REFUND IN FULL she ignores those too. Then there is the " HI! Sorry :) " Since April I have emailed her asking for REFUND IN FULL and she continues to ignore me. I have just this morning again asked for my REFUND IN FULL... I can show her email where she guaranteed * -* weeks for my Responsive website and all the back end reporting.**Please my bank stated I must start with you since she is not willing to give me a refund and I wont do business with her because how can I trust that if something fails on my new website that she will even fix look how long this has been for this .**I just want my money back. I want a full refund. You will probably start to get additional complaints about this end user her name I know is Anne and she goes by Picaflur-Azul.***Please assist.**Nitza Vaiciunas*Mystik Sisters
