Square put my issue as fixed and it has not been fixed. I want a full refund.

The issue in GetHuman-silvrbrm's own words
SHe was supposed to make my website a responsive design website. All she does is send us emails saying HI! Sorry for the Delay but she promised it would be completed in * -* weeks and she got her payment on *-**-** and here we are on *-*-** and I have nothing but a bunch of her emails and *** requests to her for a full refund as she has not provided me anything. ... I paid one of your account holders on Jan ** **** and we have not received the promised updated website that was to be completed in * -* weeks. I have asked your end user for a Refund in Rull and she only ignores me has for the past few weeks and I really should say months and when she does respond she tells me sorry I will work on it and does nothing. Please help me get my money back. $***.** and your platform was used to steal my money.
Is that I am willing to never user her services again and that I will use any social media platform to show how she took my money ignores all my phone calls, emails, contacting her through her own site via her chat and how poor her communication is with her customers and how she takes thier money and does not produce a product.
A Refund in full and we walk away and never do business again.
This was not our *st interaction. She receives payment in full for services prior to doing them and now here I am I paid her $***.** dollars and I have nothing and she has my money in her account.
I have called her I have emailed her communicated with her through twitter facebook her own chat on her website and I have nothing. I called my bank and was told that I have to reach out to square and square does nothing for the consumer that purchased something from one of their own account holders. I was considering changing my Payment Process System and was looking at Square and I can TELL YOU RIGHT NOW THEY WILL NEVER GET ME AS A CUSTOMER.
