I meant to buy FFXIV complete edition on the same service account as my ps* but accidentally made a new one. ... i accidentally purchased final fantasy xiv on the wrong service account and am trying to merge my second service account (the accident) with the first. I'm getting no results with tickets (been ** days) and the online chat is always down when i check (during office hours).
Square enix is terrible when it comes to customer support. It's been over * weeks since i put in a ticket with nothing more than a "we are working on it" email. The online chat is down everytime i try (yes i make sure to attempt contact during office hours)
I Would love to get my service account (*) merged with service account (*). Service account (*) being the account the service was intended for.
I've tried everything, that's why i'm here on get human and googling how to contact SE
