I was trying to get my balance so that I can use the cash that is on it. ... Good afternoon..My issue is : The phone that I had the Cash app. on is no longer worlking and I am using another phone. I downloaded the Cash app. on this phone thinking that I could use the same sign-in information from the previous app. I had on the first phone. Not So! I kept getting the message that the email and password that I was using had already been taken. So I tried using another password but it wouldn't except that either. A few people sent me money not knowing that I was having problems with my Cash app., but when I try to use my card, it says that I have a $*.** balance. Please, please, can someone shed some light on this problem for me. I have bills that need to be paid ASAP!
Is that I have bills that are due and now because of this situation, I can't pay them.

I am a good customer because Cash app. is good to me. Cash app. is really convenient, in that , you don't have to go out and use other companies, such as, Money Gram and Western Union. I love the Cash app.

I have tried using Cash app. Support but when I signed in to retrieve the code that was sent to my email address, the message that I received stated that I would have to sign in from my Cash app. but I cannot do that because the Cash app. is on my broken phone and the phone no longer turns on, therefore I cannot sign in to my Cash app.
