Hi,**My name is Lyricist Dior and I am using Josiah’s login because I am unable to log into my own Cash App Account. My user tag is $LYRICISTDIOR, the phone number associated with my account is ***-***-****. When I was logged into my account I accidentally logged out and I am unable to recover the code. The phone number associated with my account (***-***-****) is disconnected and when I tried to recover the account I cannot do so without the code, but with the phone being disconnected this is impossible. The other issue is awhile back I was unable to get into my account and I created an account using my main cell phone number of ***-***-**** thinking this was the phone number that I used to create my cash app account but found out it was not. So I then had two accounts once I entered in the ***-***-**** number and it worked. Before I accidentally logged out of my account today I was attempting to delete the ***-***-**** from my account and replace it with ***-***-**** which is my main cell phone number but it said that the number is already in use. Because I am the owner of that phone as well I went in to delete that account associated with my main phone number ***-***-**** so that I could replace this number with the disconnected number ***-***-****, but when I did this I logged out of the account with the ***-***-**** and when I went back into my account it was asking me for a code but since the number is disconnected I cannot get back in since I cannot retrieve the code. To prove that I am the owner of both accounts, on the ***-***-**** $LYRICISTDIOR I just sent Josiah $* before I logged out to make the changes before getting locked out. Also the Cash tag to my deleted account using the correct number is $jvkvhj. I am asking for you to fix it so that I can get back into my account $LyricistDior since I cannot do it on my end since the number that I used is disconnected (***-***-****). I had two cell phones at the time and ***-***-**** is my main cell phone and now my only cell phone so I was confused on which one I used to create my account. I need my ***-***-**** to be on my account $LYRICISTDIOR because this is now my only cell phone and the other number ***-***-**** is disconnected. My email address is *****@***.com. I am unsure if I used my email address when I signed up, but I really need to gain access to my Cash App account $LYRICISTDIOR with the corrected phone number of ***-***-**** since I no longer have ***-***-****.**Thank you so much and I look forward to hearing back from you soon.**Lyricist Dior

I sent a direct message to Cash Support on Twitter. Once I provided them with my user name, phone number, and email address I received immediate help from customer support via email and the issue was resolved.
