I was asked to verify my identity but the camera on the app will not focus and accept my ID card. Customer service has rewritten my message, adding a whole paragraph that I did not write. I need help getting past this verification issue so that I can receive my payments.

Verify my identity ... square cash has asked me to verify my identity with my ID card. The camera will not focus, so I can't get a sufficient picture of the back of my ID. I need help waiving this process so that I can receive my payment.
There is no human help I can talk to about this issue and the robots*computer does not understand my issue. There has not been any similar issues addressed in the Help Center.
