I have a samsung s* plus just over two months old. I can not hold a conversation on my phone. It cuts in and out, drops calls and it sounds like im talking underwater. I took it back to the store where i originally bought it and they entered ** words and numbers, that didnt work. I then took it to a repair store where they told me it was the towers and they changed towers as my default...that didnt work. I then took it back again to where i originally bought it and they told me to take it back to the repair store ,which i did. They put a new sim card in and it was better for one day then it went back to cutting in and out. I need my phone i have elderly parents who need to get ahold of me. This is unacceptable and if this can not be resolved i want out of this contract and im going back to Verizon.
