Offer a buy out amount of the of bought the iPhone XR today on my account amount along with any taxes and surcharges but that’s would be for both phones so half the amount per phone and own both then be given * business days to transfer service and port my numbers to a new company is what I’m offering as a satisfactory resolution for me and they could BTA the remainder of charged for the phones. That offer is definitely me being very highly gracious due to ALL THE WRONG, LIES AND GROSS MISREPRESENTATION IVE HAD TO DEAL WITH SINCE SIGNING UP FOR SERVICE AND A PROMO THAT INCLUDED BUYING DEVICES ON A DISCOUNT BY LEASING FOR A SPECIFIED AMOUNT OF TIME which is more than they deserve and more than most would offer. ... I’ve been lied to and given false information had things added that were not at all requested abd was very specific on what I wanted but nothing is what I was told and it’s continued fir six months the Lower level customer care didn’t even document that I had legal representation when they spoke to my lawyer..... they aren’t taking any responsibility on behalf of their employees gross misrepresentation and out right lies that were totally unnecessary and just compounded the probs I just want away from them and them to take some accountability of their employees actions that have caused me agony for six months and still going. I’m trying to make an offer on the two devices I was told I was getting on aprons but today was told no I’m just leasing them no promo involved. I’m losing my mind with this horrid company and it’s employees at every level thus far!!!
I have a lot of good friends in all positions at Tmobile who actually now owns sprint so I will say existing customers will soon be getting real customer service with a great company and will have *G they will have sitting tiers and Tmobile towers. One of the friends typed a letter for me because I’m making an informal complaint to the FCC and then a letter to the Atty General’s office followed by, if needed, a formal complaint to the FCC. I’m not just any regular customer I myself have worked in telecommunications and at all levels also for different types of companies so I’m the right one that will get heard and get my issue resolved to my satisfaction. Tip for others whom have been done wrong by sprint when u make a payment if u can do so per a credit card then dispute the charge that’s what I’ve done now since the Monday after thanksgiving last year and they aren’t getting any money but I’m keeping service on. Is illegal to turn a customers service off if the account is in escalation.

I pay my bills in full and on time every month so long as I receive what I am told I am to receive and do not ever complain unless there’s very good reason to do so.
I hope some of the info in my post helps someone else such as making an informal complaint to the FCC asking for the persons supervisor also getting in contact with the executive level departments and to stay persistent and to keep record of all chat transcripts, emails, etc.
