I wasn’t informed by a sprint employee that my bill wouldn’t be going up but it went up about ** dollars. The store manager said the employee no longer works there and that he would be sending this to corporate who would reach me in ** hours. A week went by I called several times and left voicemails. I finally got ahold of him and he said he hadn’t sent it to corporate but was going to do so. He told me I’d hear within ** hours. That was before Thanksgiving.
