Resolve cell phone lease payoff problem ... I am a former customer with Sprint. My account number is *********. I terminated services with Sprint in May ****. I’m disputing a past due charge of $***.**. I sent a detailed email to “*****@***.com”. I would like to send that email to someone in the corporate office because the information that I am giving to Sprint representatives is not being taken seriously. That email explains the breakdown I was given in a phone conversation with Sprint on *******. Sprint is not abiding by that phone conversation. I am being told one thing, and the notes indicate something entirely different. I am disputing this balance due to the error of Sprint NOT applying a final phone lease payment of $***.** to the lease and instead applying it to the bill. This has resulted in a cancellation fee. On *******, I was told there would be NO fee since I paid the lease off. I’m understanding that the $***.** payment was not applied as I requested even though I was told on April **, **** that it would be applied and that there would absolutely not be a cancellation fee. This is an error on Sprint‘s part, not mine. Today, Tuesday, August *, ****, after speaking to Sprint again about this bill, I was finally told that there was a cancellation fee. Prior to today, I didn’t know that that’s where the total supposed balance of $***.** came from. The solution to this problem is to remove this inaccurate past due amount. There should be no cancellation fee
Remove false balance of $***.**
