You should call in to Sprint to check the warranty on the phone. Most likely you have a purchase warranty within the first 30 days but you will need to call in to check.

I just want someone to realize this phone is a lemon. ... My s*** has been giving me issues since I bought it and it seems to be getting worse. I'm about * days out of the ** day return*exchange. I may have gotten a lemon it seems. the battery is draining very quickly with hardly any use and I can't use it a lot of the times* texts, calls, GPS won't work. I've taken it in many times to the place I bought it to have it looked at and all settings look good but it's still not working like it should. I would like to exchange it for a new one is all and have a working phone. I waited * years for an upgrade and this one isn't working out so great.
