I have been charged for * months for a phone and number I have not had. I have called every month and was told things were taken care of and I would receive a credit. * months later still being charged and no credit. I am currently on hold with Sprint and have spent over an hour on the phone again last month I was on the phone for * hours and **minutes was told again everything was taken care of but when I checked my bank account this morning as usual it was not and no credit was also charged again for phones I do not have. I am so frustrated and think Sprints customer service is a joke I am to the point I want to seek an attorney since all my calls are recorded to receive my money back they owe me more than $*** dollars know. I want to be done I am so mad and can not stand dealing with Sprint anymore. I want to cancel everything and be zeroed out so I do not owe any money I think after * months of dealing with this and Sprint owing me more than $*** it is the least you can do I have wasted so much time and energy to be told the same thing every month and being lied to when you tell me each month the line (s) are cancelled and I will not be charged anymore and then you deduct money from my account with those phones and lines along with my actual lines is ridiculous. I feel I am lied to each month and then they do not want to even refund me next time I call so I have to start from square one again to be told the same thing and for nothing to actually happen. Please I feel that Sprint should call it even and I should be able to get out of my contract owing nothing after * months of dealing with this.
