Hi, I have been a long time customer. I received a terrible customer service when I called in to drop a line out of * which was used by my father-in-law who passed away on *******. **I called to drop the line and stated the reason upfront clearly. I, however, had to deal with two customer service people (one sounded like Crystal) asking same questions over and over again and had to listen to sales pitches for retaining the line.**Whole thing took ** minutes listening to the elevator music most of the time. **I believe you owe an apology for your absurd marketing practices or lack of employee traing. I just checked. No wonder why you have such a horrible rating.**I like to make sure Mr. Michel Combes and his team hear something about this kind of incident and improve the customer service.**Jim Hahn ***-***-****(m)
