I became a Sprint customer last year on a promotion, coming over from Verizon. I’ve had a year to understand Sprint customer service. Everyone appears to be nice, yet the majority lack knowledge and all have had no discretion, flexibility nor competitive desire to compete with the other major mobile providers. The Sprint representatives reach a peak, and then skills and ability drop off completely* there is no escalation. Sprint, on the surface, is somewhat competitive, yet the representatives cannot complete with T-Mobile. They have no authority. All-in-all, Sprint comes slightly over $** a month in comparing my required plan. In addition, poor customer service is noted due to the lack of a Sprint customer service email address. I will be cancelling my service with Sprint prior to and near the end of the month. Account Number: *********, JOHN RYAN
