I have called the company * times to make a payment. i was hung up on the first time, money was tooken out the second time that permission wasn't giving for then hung up on the third time on hold told I was being transferred to a supervisor still hasn't happen *th time talked to wouldn't transfer me to supervisor or fraud department and hung up on again. I called in looking to pay my bill and set up another promise to pay I have been with the company for over **years and never broke a promise to pay or any agreement i have set up .. i have also found out the the employees has been putting on my account that i have broken promises to pay so now my account is locked and i have a minimum wait time no matter what for more then **mins and then ii hung up on . I don't like any of this. at this point i want my money back the employee fired that took money when permission wast given, or we can solve it and set up my promise to pay
