I've been lied to twice over the last * days by * agents and a supervisor. I called on Dec *nd to discuss options to lowering my bill. I was advised by the man I spoke with this day that he was switching me to the Unlimited Standard plan and it included an unlimited *G hotspot. He then lowered my tablet plan to $** removing the hotspot from it due to the unlimited hotspot that was going to be on my phone. On Dec *th, the start of my billing cycle, I tried to log into my hotspot and it told me I wasn't subscribe in a hotspot. I called customer service, I spoke with a woman first that wasn't able to help me so she transferred me to a man. He starts with telling me that what the man told me on Sunday wasn't correct, that Unlimited Standard doesn't come with a hotspot at all. So now I'm very upset because now I have no hotspot on my tablet or my phone which I need to have. He then tells me he can put me back to the Unlimited Basic and the hotspot was upgraded to **G. It was supposed to be effective immediately since it was the start of my billing on the *th. So I then asked this agent to speak with a supervisor. He refused me a supervisor and went back*forth with me for ** mins stating I needed to give him great detail as to why. When I finally got to a supervisor, Charles first name giving throughout all of this, he wasn't any better. He made excuses for the agent as to why he wouldn't he couldn't get me to him and he made excuses for himself as to why he wasn't available to speak to me. It was no compassion from either for what I was lied to about and no compensation for it either. This morning Dec *th, I tried my hotspot again and nothing. So I call cust serv again and I'm told that the change wasn't effective last night, he out it in to start next billing cycle, Jan *th which made zero sense due to me talking to him on the day my billing cycle started, Dec *th. Then I was told that I was lied to again, that the Unlimited Basic plan only comes with a ***MG hotspot not **G. The woman then told me that I could go to the Unlimited Plus plan but that would increase my bill which my initial phone call was to look at options to lower it. So I asked her for the complaint and grievance number and she told me she didn't have one which I didn't believe. She said a manager would call me back. So right now I have no hotspot, God knows what plan I have, customer service has been horrible with no help, no compassion. Please see my acct and pull these calls to hear what I've ben told since the first plan change on Dec *nd up to current. I am reporting this experience to BBB due to lies I was told and no one willing to honor any of it. Just offering me to pay a higher bill. Please can someone give me a call immediately to resolve this and get my plan in order to have what I'm supposed to have without significantly impacting my bill.
