I want my monthly payments to be what the representative told me of around *** dollars a month. ... I have called customer care several times to get my matter resolved, they expressed there was nothing they could do, which I feel is unacceptable. I was mislead on a promotion, the guy who signed me up has been fired because I filed a complaint against the store. I am paying more than what I wa told.
