I have dealt with your corporate level while trying to bring my account up to date, after an unexpected separation and divorce. Because of my paydays, I can't coordinate with your payment requirements. I have pulled myself out of a deep hole with you with their help, but with the frequent phone number changes and I can't get through. I have spent over an hour today alone trying to get though to someone who can transfer me to the corporate level and troubleshoot a problem with my phone. Dealing with your collections department is impossible, they are rude, don't speak English, or don't speak or understand it well enough to do the job adequately. They want a deposit on what I will be paying on the last day of this month, which is absurd because if I don't pay it (which I ALWAYS do) they can disconnect me. THEY DON'T NEED THE DEPOSIT. I pay my bill like clockwork on the last day of each month, or occasionally the first day of the following month. I do not fail to do that since we've gotten pretty well caught up. I do not like having to go through this rudeness, then to a supervisor who is also not well versed in English, to argue with them and finally convince them I want to talk with a corporate level representative. There has to be a better way to handle customers you care about. If you do care about us, please treat us with respect, don't drop us into the merry go round of payment and collections without an adequate way out, and let us make the arrangements we need to with our bills. Your corporate reps have been very good about this, but your payment and collections is like dealing with the mafia and their goons who gives you no way to get ahead, and try to collect money which doesn't NEED to be paid today when I am making a commitment to pay it in four days. You can't bleed a turnip and you catch more flies with honey than with vinegar.
