I have a serious issue we was supposed to get a credit to our account on ******** for ***.** and I have the transcript I have called and chatted ** times in * days they told me take the transcript to a store today so they could verify and apply the credit well they did everything we was told and still got the run around and they are turning our service off tonight I NEED YALL TO DO YOUR JOB THIS IS DISGUSTING I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO UPSET IM MY LIFE CALL ME NOW ***–***-****
