Our bill has been messed up since we came in to switch from Verizon to Sprint service. It has been two months and Sprint has still not paid off our Verizon bill. We were also promised an invoice adjustment in store to match an online order through Sprint. Now, we have had to fight to get the credits that were promised to us through monthly phone calls to store employees and managers who act as if they don't remember things that were told to us. My husband has called several times and was told by employees a d managers that they would return his call, and we haven't ever heard back from them. Sometimes for weeks... Until we call back AGAIN. This is terrible service and we wish we would have never switched. It's is becoming apparent to usthat maybe the higher prices at Verizon were worth the WAY better customer care and service. The manager keeps giving us an excuse of waiting on someone higher than her to make a decision... She said she's "elevated" our issues as high as they can go, but still never has a solution for us. This cannot continue. We need some answers.
