My name is mayra miranda. I were a sprint customer for more than ** yrs and I started to have seriously issues with this company since last May. **Early May I bought a iPhone X adding a extra line (just to have * lines). The guy that were helping me with the buy he said I will pay with a lease $** plus the insurance and tax, I were so happy cause it will be a gift for my husband. I asked him about one of the lines that I had, it didn’t have contracts or lease, so if I cancel that line do I will keep paying the same, he said: yes! *When we received the phone, my husband active it and called to use the num of the old phone that doesn’t have lease or contract. The sprint personal helped him to do it. But he never warned him that if he do that there will be some issues. *Next day I called to cancel the old line that I mentioned before and the guy that was helping me, he told me that the line can’t be canceled cause it have a lease that started yesterday. And the new phone (iPhone X) doesn’t have any lease or contract. *I were so surprised and confused that how this happened. *After he searched, he found out that the problem started cause for the changes of numbers. But he told me cause it happened less than **hrs ago, he will fix it. After few hrs with he over the phone the told me the everything was all set and everything will be the same with the same offer for the “X”. *When I got my bill at the end of the month I noticed that he didn’t do anything to fix it. The bill were higher and they were charged me more than $** for the “X” plus ins and tax. I called to verify what happened, so the person said that will help me. (He didn’t) next bill I found that it didn’t happened again. I called and asked to talk to a manager and they said that they can’t transfer me to a manager that I need to call or go to a sprint store. I asked the lady to listen all cals to find out the problem cause I were tied to call and repeat all from the beginning over and over. *She said that she requested it to be approve and they will listen all call. She also told me that She will call me Tuesday from the next week to let me know. *After I spoke with her I started to receiving like * txt saying that I have $** credit in my bill. I thought she solved the issues, but she didn’t. When I receive the next bill it has the same problem. I were so annoyed with them. I called and the sprint person told that the problem was from the beginning, once you change a new phone num with the old number it screwed all offers that the guy from the beginning offered me. But why, the person whom helped my husband to change the number didn’t warned him that it can happen and my husband won’t ask for the change. *After several phone calls and no resolved problem I decided to cancel all my lines. *Now I own sprint almost $*,*** for a problem that they never solved. It was their fault that they don’t have people that really care and appreciate customers. I can’t pay the full amount but I offered to do monthly payments and they denied it. They said that I DONT QUALIFY FOR A PAYMENT PLAN!!! I can see how much they appreciate a customer for more than **yrs. Now they send my bill to collection but even the collection company can’t do payment plans with me cause sprint doesn’t let them do it******* They wants to damage my credit it all. I being receiving emails saying that if by the **th of oct they haven’t receive the full payment they will debit to any card that be in the system. *I already sent $*** on the end of last month and I will do the same till I pay everything, but is not fair what they are doing to me. Is stressed me out, I don’t have phone, I trying to buy a car cause my is giving a lot of issues and they are damaging my credit score and can’t buy it now because of my credit the payment will be more higher that I can’t afford. The only thing I’m happy is the got rid of sprint. But is no fair that they are doing to me.... *mayra Miranda *Num de cuenta es **********
