I am writing in regards to my new and recent experience with Sprint. I was a verizon customer for over ** years and on Sept. ** switched over to Sprint due to a promotion you were offering. On that day, I was quoted by your sales dept. ***.** a month for * iPhones unlimited talk and text. I switched my phones from Verizon to Sprint. On **** after taking * weeks to get set up online due to an issue with your system unblocking me, I viewed my bill. The bill was ***.**....I called Sprint where I spent * hour and ** minutes on the phone (*I**********) where the issue was not resolved and was told it would be sent to the escalation dept. Also told it would take up to ** days before I would hear. On **** and **** while I was traveling for work I received a message from you. On **** at *:** am I called the number that was on the voicemail( *-***-***-****) only to be told (by Jacob) that he could not help me nor connect me to the correct department and that they would call me back a *rd time and then leave the correct phone * for me to call back but the case was still open. (another ** minute call and the response did not make any sense at all) Today is the ***** and I am now once again calling you. I have been transferred three times and have now been on the phone for another * minutes and still waiting, yet with no resolution.*As a new customer after being with Verizon for many years it is quite astonishing the customer service and my initial experience with Sprint and am now questioning my decision to switch over to Sprint.
