I showed a iPhone * listed on your sight through our company for $***.**. I am switching to Unlimited Basic probably in the next few weeks, currently a SPRINT customer for ** years. I cannot get anyone to tell me if this phone would be available for me and my son when we make the switch. All I want is this price on the phone under the plan. I am told to add it online but I don't want to add it unless I know I will get it at that price with the Unlimited Basic plan for my family. *The second issue is one of my sons recently go married and wanted to change he an his wife to their own plan but he has been told he is not a new customer. There has never been a bill under his name and he has never paid a SPRINT bill. How do we get this changed so he can get the benefits of being a new customer, which he will be?
The people we talked to on the phone and my son talked to in Columbus OH either did not understand what we were trying to do or did not care to go the extra step and try helping
Allow me to change to Unlimited Basic and purchase* iphone *'s at $***.** each, realizing my contract will extend for another * years. Allow my son to be considered a new customer so he can get on the plan he wants.
