I was in town to visit my families and decided to visit the local Sprint store in Austin, TX on *********. The store is Capital Wireless at *** Louis Henna Blvd Ste ***, Round Rock, TX *******I agreed to upgrade two of my Samsung phones to iPhoneX but the rep (Christian) informed me they are out of the phone. With his manager approval, he can expedite an order if I am willing to pay for overnight shipment $** which I agreed to pay.**On ****, I look up my tracking number provided EA*********US which is scheduled for delivery by ****. I came into the store on **** and spoke to Christian to let him know about the shipment and need the phone before I fly back to VA on ****. Christian inform me he can have * phones send to his store from another store. Two hours later, the phone arrived at his store and he proceed to activate both phones as "new lines" and send me on my way.**On ****, I contact Sprint customer support to cancel my two Samsung phone lines, to my surprised, I now I have * lines because of the two phones Christian activated on **** and the two phones is scheduled for delivery to his store. I spoke to Christian before I fly back to VA and he assured me when the phones arrive on **** that he will scan it into the system and remove it from my account.**As of today ****, my account still have * iPhonesX! I contacted the store today to speak to the manager (Jen) she said she could not help me because she have customers in the store, got my information and said she would call back but never did.**I need this issue resolve ASAP or I will cancel my account as I have ** days return guaranteed.
