Here is a copy of my last email:*I would like to have my accounts set up properly as a business acct, with the unlimited plus on the * phone lines. Insurance on only the * cell phones, no charges for the tablets, as they were supposed to be free and no line charges, and why am i being charged no for something called lookout? How can my bill keep changing without my knowledge or my permission to add or remove these add on services? I also would like to be compensated for all the hassles this has been from the start.***Hello Steve,**My husband's line ********** only has. * GB of hotspot data.....which is maxed out. All * cell phone lines are supposed to have the unlimited plus plan.** This is such an inconvenience to not have what we thought we set up. I run a business out of my house and have said numerous times that I have no internet at my house, and rely on the hotspot on our phones.**I am so disappointed and don'tknow what else to do. This is just getting unacceptable anymore. I have been patient, but it has been *wks andbit still is not fixed. What do we have to do to get was sold to us? I feel as if i have no alternatives but to contact corporate and others if this does not get resolved and corrected. Again I am so saddened at the lack of action or mistakes....
