Had a very unpleasant experience with a sprint representative today. Employee ID number is, PA******. She was very disrespectful, did not help me whatsoever with my attempted pay arrangement. Refused to pass my call over to a supervisor when I requested. Also had the nerve to ask me why I needed to speak with a supervisor, when she obviously knew I was asking for a supervisor to finish setting up my arrangement and to let the supervisor know how their rep was treating a valued sprint customer. Had to hang up and call back because she left me on hold for so long, got my arrangement taken care of and got the reps into that left me on hold. All this in less than ** mins when I called back. First call horrible, second call got treated with the respect and care that customers deserve.
