Set up auto pay keep it that way unless I authorize change and give me all promised credits without lying and wasting my time! ... Every month since I have been a customer which was the start of **** I have experienced nothing but grief in regards to billing! Every month my auto pay has failed to come out. I have been in store way too many times wasting entire lunch breaks and causing me to return late to work. No amount of begging for simple customer service will change anything. I have been promised numerous credits to the account and when I finally had a sorry excuse for a manager help me she argued with me , embarrassed me in front of my wife and caused me to be an hour late back to work. Her name is Amber Cohen. She also refused to provide me with any receipts pertaining to my account and admitted to their being an "unexplained" reason why they haven't been applied. Every month there is an issue even as far as to remove billing info when I authorized no change? How is this possible? I keep jumping through hoops all the time for Sprint! I was asked to email Amber at the end of the month which I did so with no response,and a followed up email with again no response and when I called the location in Menifee that she got transferred to she found out it was me and hung on me!? I am a General Manager and deal with customer service all day. Is this really how valued my business is?
This is especially frustrating because I am a service manager and never treat any of my valued customers this way.
They could make this right by waiving my next monthly payment Entirely. Also stop messing up every month, take the money As agreed on a specific date Everytime no matter what and give me my already "credited" $**.** that I have been promised several times over.
I have been a customer for over * months and we switched over from Verizon after ** plus years. I expect to have someone actually do something about this horrid display of customer service and the blatant disregard to the time invested and lost attempting to have Sprint right the wrongs.
I have already tried to make several calls,spend several hours in store and even waste two hours in person with a MANAGER?????
