Every time I call the customer service number in order to speak with someone it puts me on hold for about * seconds and drops a call I've tried this probably ** times. And I don't want to chat. I actually want to speak with someone. What is the problem? My name is Michelle Gonzales and my phone number is ***-***-**** I've been a valued customer for years. I work at a bank and we get a discount if we use the carrier of Verizon. However I chose Sprint because I've been with you for so long. I believe if I don't receive any information or a call back I will change carriers at the end of my contract and I will tell my customers of this. I work in a small local bank and have many valued long-term customers.
