I have been getting charged for a second phone for over a year. I have been promised a credit more than ** times and nothing happens. Today your retention dept decided after me waiting for an hour that she would just hang up on me. No call back or nothing. I am beyond sick and tired of companies like sprint treating us little people like we dont matter. I expect a return call to discuss this with someone that has some competence and will help resolve the matter instead of talking to me like a piece of ****. Or even though you dont care I will just cancel my service
