I've been on the phone with Sprint for the last hour. I spoke with * different representatives regarding my plan. The first hung up on me, the second straight out lied to me when he could not answer my question and told me they close a **pm central time and would need to call me back tomorrow. I called a *rd time and spoke with a very nice lady who answered my questions (without attitude) within * minutes. In short, I am highly dissatisfied with your customer service reps.
