i have been a customer since **** and I am not very happy with the service I receive. I purchase a phone two years ago when the Samsung phone had issues. one of the phone was suppose to be a free phone and I was charged for the phone that was suppose to be free. if I was aware that it wasn't free I would have never gotten it. when I went into the store on Hurstbourne lane they was very rude and I made several calls to sprint and they kept giving me the run around. all I want is the credit for the free phone which was Samsung s* edge. Please I would like to stay with sprint but right now I feel I been treated so unfair and I have recommend several people because I was happy with the service. I feel like I should be treated better than I was. You can call me at ***-***-**** and I would like to talk to someone personally. I really like to stay with sprint, but if I am not satisfy I will go back to att, I feel like that the person gave me false information. Please reach out to me and see if we can resolve this issue.
