Every month I have to call and remind them of the credit they give us spending *-* hours on the phone. Now all the sudden they said we switched our plan and agreeed to pay more. I have no problem paying the bill if the phones actually worked. We then asked if we could at least upgrade a month early for all our inconvenience and they said there not authorized to do so they have the worse customer service and very rude
