I got new service with you guys about * months ago. The salesman talked me into getting five lines, even though I only needed one. I was told the bill would not be one hundred dollars a month. My first bill was almost two hundred. My second bill was over two hundred. This went on and on for months. Every time I tried to contact customer care I was pushed off to someone else who gave me excuses. More than once this happened. * months later I decided to say enough and stopped paying my bill. I am so upset that I haven't done anything about it. I am thinking about contacting the better business bureau but figured I would give you a chance to make it right before hand.
