I upgraded my daughters phone st the Lapeer, Michigan store. I asked them for a box to return her old phone so I wouldn’t be charged for it. They gave her a box but with no return shipping label. They told her they didn’t have one and to check the Burton store. She called them and they told her they didn’t have any either. This is ridiculous. If these stores are capable of upgrading phones then they should be capable of giving return boxes and return shipping labels. I’m so sick of the customer service with this company, whether it’s over the phone, online or in a store, it’s awful. I’ve been a customer for way too long and there’s no appreciation from Sprint.
