A representative, who spoke broken English, neglected to do his job correctly and I have been paying too much monthly on my bill since November of ****. This has caused my account to be interrupted several times and the elevated bill has been a burden on me financially and mentally. The representatives after the initial call have incredibly rude and stating they don’t have documentation of the incident. The case was supposedly moved to escalations and I’ve been promised calls and emails in return, but none as of now. I’ve been with Sprint since **** and I’m just flabbergasted with the way I’ve been treated. I would like a credit to my account prorated from November *, **** (the date the situation happened). My name is Theresa Barnhizer, telephone number on the account is ********** and the pin code is ******. My services are interrupted and you can only contact me through email. B*****@***.com. Lineth ref Num ********** was the last representative I spoke with, she did not speak English well either and had difficulties understanding my problem.
