The issue in GetHuman693029's own words
I was a sprint customer for years. When I was * months toward the end of my contract, I started receiving large, increased bills for no reason. I tried to resolve them each month and they would agree I was correct. The last month (July ****) I received a bill for $***.**. I attempted to correct it at my Sprint store, they agreed with me and contacted Tier * to resolve it. I was informed it was taken care of. August **, ****, I went to pay my bill and they had RAISED it further, to $***.**! I tried to resolve that bill * times in-house and each time was informed that the manager would take care of it within ** hours* it never happened each time so I refused to pay it. As well, I was supposed to be able to buy my equipment for $***.** in August, which never got to happen either. All of the above is recorded as well as photos taken of Sprint computers showing and agreeing with me. I am attempting one last time to resolve this or enter into the Class Action lawsuit going on with respect to these very issues. I’m a reasonable person and will always attempt to resolve this civilly first. Best regards, Robert G. Howard
